A Formal Letter

                      Sunday 19th Novembre

Dear  Sir  or  Madam

I am writing to complain about your new cleaning device, I bought it two days ago at store.
The problem  with the product is that when I am going to turn  it on it turns  off quickly only.
This problem  hurts me a lot because I can't clean my house well and I don't know what to do with this product  and that is why I ask you to solve this problem.

The waste of light and water is generally accepted at school as light is wasted by leaving the lights on when leaving class and the fans.    It is well know that the solar energy since it uses all the sunlight for many hours because it would be giving the panels. In my opinion putting solar panels favors the school and would not spend so much money because of the waste of light and water
